Been receiving treatment at IPA for more than a year. They take their time and consider your other medical issues when exploring treatment options. I never feel rushed or pressured to proceed with any treatments I don't agree with. And all the doctors and staff are very nice.

Everyone here has always been thoughtful of my pain, listened carefully on what hurts, where and how. Even when very rarely a procedure has gone wrong made things right and kept me in the loop on the decision process. I've been cooking here for 8 years and will continue for the foreseeable future. I've two spinal cord stimulator implants and two peripheral implants helping keep the excruciating pain as best as possible to tolerable levels. I've considerable damage due to two major accidents, a dozen collapsed disc, fusions and nerve damage and they've kept this train wreck rolling lol.

I love IPA been with Dr. Scott Irvine since he was on Jasper road @Kings'Daughters Clinic, but the only thing is that his P.A'S go and come to often. And I don't never have the same one too long before getting another one but they all been nice bc I will request some other PA.

The staff's warm and friendly demeanor is evident at every appointment check-in, where they greet patients with genuine smiles and laughter. MS Karisha is the best receptionist they had in awhile. She has trained the other young ladies and they provide great customer service.

The surgery center is also great especially Serina.

I am very well taken care of at IPA. Proper diagnosis and treatment have done wonders for me! Always treated with dignity, kindness and respect by every staff member. I just love Lara Turk and her assistants. Ms. Turk is very informative and explains things to where I can understand. She seems to genuinely care about her patients. She takes the time to really listen to me. I would refer her to everyone I know. Keep up the excellent work Ms.Turk. I would also like to acknowledge one of the front desk receptionist. I'll remember her name in a few. She is always so nice when scheduling my appointments and even remembers my birthday. Her name is Kalin. She's wonderful

I would like to thank all the staff in their surgery departments and the routine clinic areas. They have always handled any emergency or unusual situation that has happened unexpectedly with treating my husband. They make it a point to answer your questions and I love that. A really great group of friendly people with wonderful attitudes, considering that daily they are dealing with unhappy people who are in pain. Not easy to do. Keep smiling IPA😁

Ipa is the place that has actually helped me out. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! I have Dr Shawn Puri (HE'S THE BEST TO ME) and he has been the only one that has ever listened to me like really listened to me. The other doctors helped me and a lot but I love my doctor. And my girls in front....THE ABSOLUTE BEST TOO.

I completed my procedure on Friday, 12 December. EVERYONE was super nice! However, the process gave all the indications of being on a production line.

Receptionists are always kind, caring, and welcoming. The nurses and very helpful and always make sure to ask how your day is going, while leading you to your room. The doctors are timely and responsive to my needs. This is the place to be!

I am so pleased with IPA! From the front desk to the surgical team, they are all so friendly, helpful and professional. I have serious back problems and have been to other pain specialists and IPA tops them all. I am surprised that I can still walk but with their help I'm still on my feet. Thank you IPA!
